Wheat Unpolish poha(better known by the name, Poha), is a well-known morning breakfast, especially in India. It is unrefined and unpolished Flakes with the bran and germ layer. It is nuttier in flavor because of the presence of bran. It is chewier and healthier than ordinary white rice flakes.
